About Coop/Bunkerseeds.com
I'm sure ya'll are curious, so here goes:
Coop:
On the weekends I work at R-14 Paintball, located at Range 14, Ft. Dix, New Jersey. I've been playing paintball on and off for 10 years.
Bunkerseeds.com:
The conversation more or less went like this:
Player: How did you folks get the inflatable bunkers to stand up like that in this sand?
Coop: Oh it's pretty easy. Last November we came out here and planted bunker seeds. Between the nice weather and the sun and some rain water, they grew into what we have here today.
The player, an adult who has never played paintball before, looked at me for a moment, made a wry face, then realized I was being an ass. I couldn't help but chuckle. I of course explained that the bunkers were staked into place with 2 foot wooden tent stakes and inflated with a leaf blower.
Take a look at photos of paintball tournaments. You can see a few great examples over at http://www.paintballphotography.com. After the first 5 minutes or so, paintball fields become littered with broken paint shells and unbroken paintballs that bounced off of the bunkers. At an outdoor field, those paintballs will typically swell with absorbed moisture, especially after a good rain. They become very rubbery and resist breaking, even when stepped on. Inflatable paintball bunkers also tend to be rubbery. Coincidence? I think not!
Bunkerseeds.com is the premier web distributor for paintball bunker seeds, and other nonsensical bullshit!
